Frequently Asked Questions

1. How soon do I need to order?

Please order as far in advance as you can, especially for larger orders, to ensure we can meet your requirements. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice.

2. What's the minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 cupcakes.

3. I've got a particular request.

Please give us a call or drop us an email. We are always delighted to discuss requests.

4. Do your cupcakes contain nuts?

Unfortunately as nuts are used in our kitchen we cannot guarantee that any of our cakes are nut-free. Some of our sprinkles also contain nut oils, please enquire for detailed information.

5. I have a dairy or gluten intolerance. Can I eat your cupcakes?

We produce a range of cupcakes made without gluten or dairy containing ingredients which are every bit as tasty as our other cupcakes! For further details see here.

6. Do you deliver?

In some cases delivery can be arranged, but as this means time away from our ovens this cannot be guaranteed. Depending on where you live a small delivery fee may apply. Please contact us to enquire.

7. How long do your cupcakes last?

Our cupcakes are always freshly baked and best enjoyed on day of purchase for ultimate freshness. However, our cakes will stay fresh for up to three days.

8. How should I store any leftover cupcakes?

We recommend you store the cupcakes in an airtight container if not eaten on day of purchase. This can be anything from a cake tin to an empty pot covered in clingfilm.

9. Should I keep my cupcakes in the fridge?

NO! Cupcakes don’t like being in the fridge, it’s cold and dark and makes them dry out. If not eaten on day of purchase, store them at room temperature in an airtight container and eat within three days.
